杜朝晖，中共党员，石家庄市第二中学物理教师，石家庄市“自主学习自主发展”学科科研课题骨干教师。秉持兴趣是最好的老师这一朴素的教学理念，多年带毕业班，中高考成绩优异，竞赛成绩突出，曾获石家庄市教育局嘉奖，优秀共产党员。石家庄市教育局《劳动教育与学科融合探索》课题主持人（已结项）。
       讲授的《制作太阳能小车》、《设计并制作简易太阳能电池板》、《制作多功能花架》、《制作创意宫灯》等九节课获河北省劳动教育优质课，并列入河北云教育服务平台劳动教育课程资源库。
       指导多名学生在国家省市级物理竞赛获一等奖。指导多名学生在全国青少年劳动技能与智能设计大赛全国总决赛中获一等奖。多次被评为国家级省市级优秀指导教师。
       独编专著2部，多篇论文发表于《教育新视野》等各级级刊物。在中国教育学会物理教学专业委员会全国初中新课程物理教学研讨会上，论文《谈如何进行创造性教学》获二等奖。

Du Zhaohui,a member of Communist Party of China,a physics teacher of Shijiazhuang No.2 Middle School, as well as a leading teacher on “Self-study,self development”--the scientific research task in Shijiazhuang.With the simple teaching idea that interest is the best teacher,he has achieved excellent achievements in Middle School Entrance Examinations and College Entrance Examinations.
He has outstanding performances in science competitions,for which he was once rewarded for excellent achievements and was regarded as one of outstanding CPC members by Shijiazhuang Education Bureau.Besides,He also host the project of the Fusion Exploration of Labor Education and Subjects.
His nice lectures:The Making of a Solar Cart,The Design and Making of a Simple Solar Battery board,The Making of Palace Lanterns With Originality, etc were awarded as labor education quality courses.All these lectures were listed in Hebei cloud services platform labor education courses resource pool.
Moreover,Many students won first prizes national,provincial and municipal level physics under his guidance.
He directed many students and many of them won first prizes in national finals in national teens labor skills and intelligence design competitions.
He wrote two books all by himself,some of whose papers were published in publications of different levels such as New Vision in Education.His paper on “How to Carry out Creative Teaching” won the second prize at the national junior new course physics teaching seminar.
