韦士奇，安徽省太和中学通用技术高级教师，全国青少年编程技术等级评测教师，安徽师范大学硕士研究生，安徽省教育考试专家库成员，安徽省基础教育信息化专家库成员，阜阳市教科所通用技术学科兼职教研员。主持安徽省电教课题《中小学创客教育课程开发与应用研究》，主要参与安徽省科研规划课题《普通高中通用技术师资队伍.基地建设的研究》，两项国家专利；第2届全国中小学教师创新教育说课大会中获一等奖；在国家、省、市级刊物上发表多篇教育论文。多次带队参加全国省市级科技创新创客和机器人大赛并获奖，被授予全国优秀指导教师称号；多次获得阜阳市优质课一等奖；太和县科协常委，太和县第一批“科技创新突出贡献人才”，阜阳市第四批高层次专业技术后备人才。

Wei Shiqi, senior teacher of general technology in Taihe Middle School of Anhui Province, teacher of national youth programming technology grade evaluation, master's degree student of Anhui Normal University, member of Anhui Education Examination expert database, member of Anhui basic education informatization expert database, and part-time teaching and research member of general technology discipline of Fuyang Institute of education. He led the team to participate in the national provincial and municipal science and technology innovation maker and robot competition and won awards, and was awarded the title of national excellent instructor; he won the first prize of Fuyang high-quality course for many times; the first batch of "outstanding contribution talents of scientific and technological innovation" of Taihe County, the fourth batch of high-level professional and technical reserve talents of Fuyang City.
