连海森，一级教师，2007年7月毕业于陕西师范大学物理科学与信息技术学院，获得大学本科学历，理学学士学位。

2020年受聘柳州市“国培计划”，“区培计划”课程建设核心团队成员，为期3年。

2019年受聘柳州市教育技术装备专家库成员，为期5年。

2012年9月至今，担任广西柳州高级中学综合实践活动课程研究性学习总负责人，是柳州高中研究性学习备课组组长 ，全国中学生物理竞赛教练。

指导学生参加全国青少年科技创新大赛优秀科技创新项目获得全国三等奖1个，全广西一等奖2个

全国中学生物理竞赛全国金牌1枚，银牌7枚，铜牌十多枚，省一等奖数十枚。

获得综合实践活动课程年会论文评比一等奖2个

第二届创新型名师孵化大赛全国决赛二等奖获得者 

Lian haisen , a first-class teacher, graduated from the school of physical science and information technology of Shaanxi Normal University in July 2007 with a bachelor's degree and a Bachelor of Science degree.

In 2020, I was employed as a member of the core team of Liuzhou "National training plan" and "Guangxi District training plan" curriculum construction for three years.

In 2019, I was employed as one of the expert in “Liuzhou educational technology equipment center” for five years.

Since September 2012, I has been the general director of the research-based learning of the Comprehensive Practical Pctivity Course in Liuzhou High School. I am the leader of the research-based learning preparation group of Liuzhou high school, and the coach of the national physics competition for middle school students.

Guiding students to participate in the National Youth Science and technology innovation competition, excellent scientific and technological innovation projects won one national third prize and two first prizes in Guangxi

There are 1 gold medal, 7 silver medal, more than 10 bronze medal and dozens of first prize of  Guangxi provincial .

And I was the teacher won the silver medal in the 2th Innovative Famous Teacher Incubation Competition.
