李晓峂，现为东北师大附中明珠校区物理教师，物理教研室主任。从事一线教学29年。

1996年获得长春市岗位练功十佳教师称号。2000年代表吉林省参加全国青年教师大赛，荣获一等奖。多年从事初中物理竞赛辅导工作，2004年指导的学生获全国应用物理竞赛吉林赛区第一名，团队获团体总分第一名。2004年获吉林省十佳教师称号。2008年获吉林省骨干教师称号。2013年参加吉林省精英教师评比，通过笔试、授课获得吉林省精英教师称号。

现在作为东北师大国培专家，长期为国培做讲座。现为东北师大物理学院兼职硕士生导师。

现在专心于教学研究和团队建设，带领物理组取得多项荣誉。

Li Xiaotong, a physics front-line teacher who has been working in Mingzhu Middle School attached to Northeast Normal University for 29 years, is the director of physics teaching and research section.

He won the honorary title of Top-ten Teachers in Changchun in 1996. In 2000, representing Jilin Province, he got the first prize in the National Young Teachers Competition. He has been dedicated to the career of tutoring for physics education for many years. In 2004, his students got the first prize in Jilin Province in the National Applied Physics Competition, and his team got the first prize as well. In 2004, He won the honorary title of Top-ten Teachers in Jilin Province. And he got the honorary title of Core Teachers in Jilin Province. In 2013, he joined in the Competition of Elite Teachers, and finally got the honorary title.

Now, as an expert of national training plan in northeast normal university, he gives speech regularly for the program. Also, he is a part-time supervisor in the school of physics in Northeast Normal University. Giving commitment to researches and team development, he leads the physics teaching and research section to won many awards.
