刘琪，1994年生，硕士毕业于西安体育学院体育教育训练学专业，毕业后就职于甘肃省清水县第五中学，中小学一级职称。任教期间担任学校体育教师，兼任校团委宣传委员，曾先后获得2019年陕西省第五届研究生创新成果展三等奖、2019年CCTV央视展播品牌中艺赛系列活动暨第八届《 幸福中国梦·少年丝路行》全国优秀指导教师、2021年天水市第五届运动会优秀教练员、2021年全国中小学精品课程一等奖、2022年清水县第五中学优秀教师、2022年清水县优秀共青团员、2022年天水市第五届青少年科技创新大赛科技辅导员教育方案二等奖、2021年优秀科技辅导员、2022年优秀科技辅导员等荣誉称号。主持甘肃省教育科学“十四五”规划2021年度一般课题、主持2019年教育信息化促进新课程改革研究课题已结题参与一项2020年德州市教学研究课题。前后发表8篇学术论文，共参加学术会议11次，其中连续参加2019年第十一届体育科学大会 、2021年第十二届体育科学大会并作了专题报告。参编了书籍《全运会运动项目文化研究》 2021年由陕西人民出版社正式出版。2022年聘为《体育教学》通讯员，为教育与可持续发展智库会员。
