雷小艳，小学科学一级教师，南海区教坛新秀。自2005年参加工作以来，曾参加国家大学生西部志愿者，服务于全国贫困县一年。在教师岗位上不忘教育初心，潜心教书育人。坚持以学生为中心，以课堂为根本，以提高教学质量为目标；坚持教研结合，主持参与多项教学研究课题，教学论文在国家级刊物发表、多次获狮山镇一、二等奖；曾被南海区人民政府评为“先进科技工作人员”、狮山镇优秀教师、南海区优秀竞赛辅导老师、南海区优秀课改先进个人，学校连续两届品牌教师。
一直致力于科技、创新和创客活动。开设的辅导项目有：无人机、3D设计、无线电竞技、四模、小发明、科学实验、小论文、自编书、承重、科普艺术、科技调查活动等；
2019年自制教具智能陶艺机获佛山市一等奖；2019年参加佛山市广东省中学物理和小学科学实验教师实验操作与创新技能竞赛获第1名、创新实验奖；2017年参加广东省科普艺术大赛获教师组一等奖；2019年获国家优秀科技实践方案奖；
